Nanci - A licensed Real Estate Broker, CRS®, GRI®, SRES®

Nanci has been productively busy for nearly two decades. A top negotiator, getting deals through that most cannot. She handles and follows through better than just about anyone. Her knowledge, professional designations and skills make her an expert in her field. She has a very high energy level and is definitely not your ORDINARY Broker.

Nanci is married and has one grown son and 5 stepchildren who live in Florida.

Nanci has lived in Southern California since 1967.

She enjoys music, live concerts, major league baseball, travel and investing. Amongst her many passions, is her love for the band Styx.

Leonard Ruest - Licensed professional, Transaction Coordinator

Leonard, also known as Lenny, is without a doubt one of the more detail oriented parts of Nanci's team. Lenny has a multitude of hats to wear daily, making him a vital ingredient in the smooth evolution of day to day operations and is an irreplaceable team player.

Lenny is Nanci's personal transaction coordinator ensuring all of her transactions run smoothly.

What exactly does a transaction coordinator do? As transaction coordinator, Lenny gets the file once the escrow is opened. He works to see that all contract timeframes are met, processes the file from opening escrow through closing. He handles all aspects of the disclosure forms and acts as a liaison between all parties involved. We are very fortunate to have him.

Lenny is licensed agent and Notary and represents himself as a complete professional with utmost integrity.

Lenny has 5 children; his eldest is now married and lives in Florida, and is a wonderful stepson. Lenny loves music, sports and singing karaoke. He makes us all laugh with his fun personality.

Sylvia Schriek - Office Manager

Sylvia is a great multi-tasker and an efficient office manager. She is most highly noted as a trainer and recruiter and has over 17 years of experience. Fortunately, she knows how to switch gears and somehow manages to keep it all flowing in the right direction. With many years in the business, Sylvia brings us knowledge from many sources.

Always available for questions, Sylvia offers helping hands when necessary, so clients can be well taken care of. Her greatest strength is loyalty to the business at hand; her greatest challenge is keeping up with all the agents and details of each transaction.

Sylvia has 2 young adult children; her son is a Video Game Developer/Artist and her daughter is an Art History major. Sylvia enjoys exercise, reading, writing and spending quality time with her children.

Steve Silva - Mortgage Broker and IT Manager

Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker and had been in the Mortgage Industry since 1987. He “Apprenticed” under an FHA Underwriter and Appraiser, learning the In’s and Out’s of the more intricate Government lending programs. From there he worked for the Mortgage Branch of a Major Bank, specializing in Bond, CaHFA, MCC, City 2nds and other 1^st Time Buyer Programs. Steve fights for his clients to get them the best loan and terms available.

Steve attended Cal Poly Pomona and majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is affectionately called our “PropellerHead” and oversees all of our IT department functions- Computers, Hardware, Software, Networking, Phones, anything that runs on electricity, yada-yada-yada.

Steve’s been known to turn heads and make jaws drop with his stirring renditions of Led Zeppelin on Karaoke nights. Yeah, it’s loud.

John Wall – Realtor®, Buyer’s Specialist

John, a licensed real estate agent since 1997, prides himself in conscientiously answering client’s questions and handling their concerns. He explains the real estate process and the buyers and sellers rights every step of the way. He continually searches the MLS and our private inventory to match the right home with the right buyer.

John’s real estate advice for 1st time buyers is: "Choose a great Realtor to represent your best interest." Patty Clark – Listing Coordinator, Data Base Manager

Patty, originally from Michigan, relocated to Southern California to be closer to her three daughters and granddaughter. Rosie Holguin - Senior Escrow Officer

Rosie is a very hard working member of the team. She is dedicated and often works late hours to accommodate clients. She is very knowledgeable and has a background in accounting.  Rosie is very family oriented and adores her children and grandchildren.

Vickie Rudiger - Licensed Real Estate professional, Senior Loan officer and Mortgage Processor

Vickie is one of the most respected loan officers and processors in the industry. Her organizational skills and knowledge impress all of the investors we work with. Repeat clients are abundant. Vickie is a true asset to Community financial and we are proud that she is part of our team.

When Vickie is not working, you will find her spending time with her husband, Mark, tending to their home and animals or riding one of her two horses.

Vickie is also extremely fond of the band she has grown up with, KISS. She is a personal friend of Paul Stanley and avid collector of KISS memorabilia.
